推销,是一件复杂的事情,不单要有好的产品,还要有推销的技巧,而在推销技巧中,有时一个无意间不雅的动作或一句稍不留神的话语,就有可能功亏一篑。我就有一次,在大功将要告成时因为一句话而砸了一笔生意。我是一个信息网络公司的业务员。推销前,我先去潜在客户(一家石材厂)处刺探了不少情况,同时把我们资料中与之有关的部分整理了出来。然后,我决定正式拜访客户,“您好,你是林经理吧?我想打扰你几分钟。”我微笑着说。“噢,你怎么知道?”林经理有点惊讶的样子,因为门牌上并没标有经理室。“打工的没人认识罢了,作老板的怎会不知道呢?你说是吗?”我随口风趣地说。
Selling is a complicated matter. Not only good products, but also marketing skills are needed. In marketing techniques, sometimes an unintentionally indecent movement or a slightly inattentive discourse may be at a loss. I once had a business deal because of a sentence when I was about to accomplish something. I am a salesperson of an information network company. Before the sales promotion, I first went to potential customers (a stone factory) to spy on a number of situations and at the same time sorted out the relevant parts of our data. Then, I decided to visit the client formally.“Hello, are you Lin? I want to disturb you for a few minutes.” I said with a smile. “Well, how do you know?” Lin was a little surprised because the door was not marked with a manager’s room. “No one knows what to do, why wouldn’t you be a boss? You say that?” I said casually.
