本文指出由于培养对象和培养目标的特殊性,非法学专业的经济法实践教学不能照搬套用法学专业经济法实践教学的模式和思路,而应根据自身的特点,从教育目标的定位、教学内容的设计、教学方法的应用和教学手段的更新等四个层面进行创新和突破。教育目标应准确定位、有的放矢;教学内容应详略得当、重点突出;教学方法应深入挖掘、灵活应用;教学手段应与时俱进、扬长避短。 This paper points out that due to the particularities of training objects and training objectives, the practice of economic law in non-law majors can not be copied from the model and train of thought of applying practical teaching in law of economic law, but should be based on its own characteristics, from the orientation of educational goals, Design, teaching methods and teaching methods to update the four levels of innovation and breakthroughs.
