煤矿企业要提高劳动生产率,增加职工收入,实现减人提效,提高企业效益,就必须实施人力资源优化。结合平煤股份五矿实施人力资源优化的成功实践,论述了煤矿企业科学制定定员标准,通过实施规范人力资源制度管理,实施劳动组织整顿,清理整顿劳动秩序,引进、培养人才,改善人才结构等措施,实现煤炭企业的可持续高效发展。
