本实验在结扎麻醉犬冠状动脉左前降支中段造成急性心肌缺血的模型上,动态检测了犬血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性变化,并运用电镜技术产体视学研究方法对缺血心肌细胞线粒体的超微结构损伤进行了形态定量分析,以探讨具有益气活血功效的中药复方愈心痛胶囊对急性心肌缺血的保护作用。心肌酶检测显示:心肌缺血时间越长,血清CPK活性越高,而愈心痛可阻止缺血心肌CPK的漏出,使其活性显著低于生理盐水对照组;电镜体视学研究表明:缺血心肌细胞线粒体的体密度(Vv)明显增加,面数密度(NA)和比表面(δ)却降低,提示线粒体高度水肿,而给予愈心痛后可显著降低缺血心肌线粒体的Vv,同时增加NA和δ,表明愈心痛胶囊可减轻缺血造成的心肌线粒体水肿,阻止缺血心肌膜损伤,有稳膜作用,在一定程度上维持膜结构的完整性,从而保护心肌超微结构,防治心肌缺血性损伤。提示愈心痛胶囊对缺血性心脏病的治疗具有潜在的临床应用价值。

Electron microscopy showed that ischemia Myocardial mitochondria increased significantly in density (Vv) but decreased in number density (NA) and specific surface area (δ), suggesting that mitochondria are highly edematous, while giving more heart ache reduces Vv in ischemic myocardium and increases NA And δ, indicating that Yacheng Capsule can relieve myocardial mitochondria edema caused by ischemia, prevent myocardial injury of myocardial ischemia, stabilize the membrane and maintain the integrity of membrane structure to a certain extent, so as to protect myocardial ultrastructure and prevent myocardial ischemia Bloody injury.
