目的探讨人脑胶质瘤微血管数(MVQ)与病理级别、术后复发、生存期及患者年龄、性别、肿瘤生长部位的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测63例人脑胶质瘤组织中Ⅷ因子相关抗原(FⅧRAg)的表达,计数MVQ。结果高恶性度(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)胶质瘤MVQ高于低恶性度(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级)胶质瘤(P<0.05)。术后18个月内复发及生存期小于3年者MVQ均明显高于对应组(P均<0.01)。MVQ与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤生长部位无关。结论人脑胶质瘤MVQ与病理级别、术后复发及生存期关系密切,可作为一项独立的预后指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between microvessel density (MVQ) and pathological grade, postoperative recurrence, survival time, age, sex, and location of tumor growth in human gliomas. Methods Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of factor VIII related antigen (FVIIIRAg) in 63 human glioma tissues and count MVQ. Results The MVQ of high grade (grade III, IV) glioma was higher than that of low grade (grade I, grade II) glioma (P<0.05). The MVQ of recurrence and survival period less than 3 years after operation within 18 months were significantly higher than that of the corresponding group (P<0.01). MVQ has nothing to do with the patient’s gender, age, and location of tumor growth. Conclusion The MVQ of human brain glioma is closely related to pathological grade, postoperative recurrence and survival, and can be used as an independent prognostic indicator.
