目的:观察基于自我效能理论为指导的中医特色护理对学龄期哮喘患儿的影响。方法:选取学龄期哮喘患儿114例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于自我效能理论为指导的中医特色护理。观察两组临床疗效、第1秒用力呼出量(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)以及用力肺活量(FVC)以及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率92.98%,显著高于对照组78.95%(P<0.05);护理后两组FEV1、PEF、FVC水平显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组症状、活动受限、情感功能、PAQLQ评分显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于自我效能理论为指导的中医特色护理能够有效改善学龄期哮喘患儿肺功能,提高生活质量和临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) specialty nursing guided by self-efficacy theory on children with school-age asthma. Methods: One hundred and fourteen children with asthma were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group used Chinese characteristics nursing guided by self-efficacy theory. The clinical efficacy, FEV1, PEF, FVC and quality of life were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.98%, significantly higher than that in the control group (78.95%, P <0.05). The FEV1, PEF and FVC levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the nursing (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05). After treatment, the symptom, activity limitation, emotional function and PAQLQ score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Based on the theory of self-efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve lung function, improve quality of life and clinical efficacy of children with asthma in school.
