本实验对49例经病原学检验证实为病毒性肺炎患儿及18例对照组儿童,应用EPR仪低温下测定全血FR强度,应用TBA荧光法测定血清LPO含量,应用化学发光法测定血清SOD活性及应用滴定法测定血清CAT活性。结果表明①小儿病毒性肺炎存在自由基代谢增强,血中FR强度和LPO含量增高。②抗氧化系统中SOD活性降低。③抗氧化剂丹参液、VitE、VitC用于临床治疗,从分子水平观察有效,提示氧自由基参与了小儿病毒性肺炎的发生,发展;辅用抗氧化剂治疗,有利于病情的恢复。
In this experiment, 49 cases of children with viral pneumonia confirmed by pathogenic test and 18 children with control group were enrolled in this study. The whole blood FR intensity was measured by EPR at low temperature. Serum LPO level was measured by TBA fluorescence method. Activity and application of titration method for determination of serum CAT activity. The results showed that ① the presence of free radical metabolism in children with viral pneumonia, blood FR intensity and LPO content increased. ② antioxidant system SOD activity decreased. ③ antioxidant Danshen solution, VitE, VitC for clinical treatment, effective observation from the molecular level, suggesting that oxygen free radicals involved in the occurrence and development of pediatric viral pneumonia; supplemented with anti-oxidant treatment is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
