目前磁场疗法已用以治疗数十种疾病,具有消炎、镇痛等临床效果。但其作用机制尚不了解。本文应用同位素方法研究磁场对人血淋巴细胞转化的影响。实验方法:我们将31例正常人(18~55岁,男20例,女11例)的血液于体外置于强度为200、500、800高斯的50赫的交变磁场中处理半小时和1小时后进行培养,再用氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR 掺入DNA 来研究淋巴细胞的增殖。应用滤膜法收获细胞,用闪烁计数器测定滤膜上的放射性。每份血样设平行样品三个。
