通过研究相同过热度下 Al-Si合金熔体中的氢含量,发现氢含量曲线具有和液相线类似的变化规律.即随着 Si含量的增加,试样中的氢含量先减少,到共晶点时为最小.此后氢含量又逐渐增加.并且过热度越大,氢含量越高.合金液态结构X射线衍射结果表明,熔体中原子密度随着Si含量的变化趋势与氢含量曲线相反.用熔体“自由体积理论”解释了铝熔体氢含量的变化规律.
By studying the hydrogen content of Al-Si alloy melt under the same degree of superheating, it was found that the hydrogen content curve has a similar variation with the liquidus. That is, with the increase of Si content, the hydrogen content in the sample first decreases and reaches the minimum at the eutectic point. Since then the hydrogen content and gradually increased. And the greater the degree of superheating, the higher the hydrogen content. X-ray diffraction results of the liquid structure of the alloy show that the trend of atom density in the melt with Si content is opposite to that of the hydrogen content curve. The melt “free volume theory” explains the variation of hydrogen content in aluminum melt.
