共振散射比率法对SDBS与奎宁相互作用的研究

基于表面活性剂SDBS与奎宁的结合反应发展了一种测定奎宁的双波长共振散射比率法。在BR缓冲介质中,SDBS与奎宁发生反应,并于280.0nm和375.0nm两处特征波长处导致共振光散射信号大大增强。通过分别测定I280.0、I375.0和I240.0/I245.0来检测奎宁。当SDBS的浓度为4.0×10-5 mol/L时,以I280.0和I375.0为测定点的单波长共振光散射方法所得到的线性范围和检出限分别为0.16~30!mol/L、16.3nmol/L和0.15~30!mol/L、14.9nmol/L。而用I240.0/I245.0的散射强度之比来测定奎宁时,其线性范围和检出限分别为0.011~70!mol/L和1.12nmol/L。表明双波长共振散射比率法明显优于前者。 A dual wavelength resonance scattering method for the determination of quinine was developed based on the binding reaction of the surfactant SDBS with quinine. In BR buffer medium, SDBS reacts with quinine, and at the characteristic wavelengths of 280.0 nm and 375.0 nm, the resonance light scattering signal is greatly enhanced. Quinine was detected by measuring I280.0, I375.0 and I240.0 / I245.0, respectively. When the concentration of SDBS was 4.0 × 10-5 mol / L, the linear range and the detection limit obtained by single wavelength resonance light scattering method with I280.0 and I375.0 as the determination points were 0.16-30 mol / L, 16.3 nmol / L and 0.15 ~ 30! Mol / L, 14.9 nmol / L. The linear range and the detection limit of quinine when the ratio of the scattering intensity of I240.0 / I245.0 was used for the determination of quinine were 0.011-70 mol / L and 1.12 nmol / L, respectively. It shows that the dual-wavelength resonance scattering ratio method is obviously better than the former one.
