以8个双孢菇品种为供试菌株,玉米芯培养料为栽培基质,在工厂化条件下进行了栽培比较试验。结果表明:菌丝体阶段“闵1号”菌丝洁白,生长速度快,长势好;子实体阶段“闵1号”产量最高,子实体菌柄较短,单菇质量最大,菌盖最厚,菌盖较大,质地硬,转潮期较短,且粗蛋白、粗多糖含量最高,粗脂肪、粗纤维含量较高。综合分析比较,“闵1号”表现最佳,为工厂化双孢菇栽培适宜品种。
Eight varieties of Agaricus bisporus as tested strains and corncob culture material were used as the culture substrates, and comparative experiments were carried out under industrialized conditions.
