Pulmonary microvascular endothelium is mainly composed of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells and the basement membrane, and ARDS, sepsis, immune response, tumor metastasis and multiple organ dysfunction are closely related. This experiment mainly observed the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the morphology and the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (RPMVEC). 1 Materials and methods 1.1 different phases
