目的对成都市某少教所劳教人员的心理健康状况和应对方式关系进行研究。方法对300名劳教人员进行一般情况问卷、简易应对方式量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)的调查。用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果劳教人员心理健康状况为阳性的占47.58%;劳教人员心理健康与常模比较各个维度得分均有显著差异(P<0.01),劳教人员的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和总均分均明显高于常模;积极应对方式与其他因子呈正相关(r>0.3),消极应对方式与强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子均呈正相关(r>0.3);劳教人员的年龄与抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子和SCL-90总均分呈正相关(r>0.3)。结论劳教人员的心理健康状况存在一定的问题。不同的应对方式会影响到劳教人员的心理健康状况。劳教人员的年龄和文化程度是影响劳教人员心理健康状况的重要因素。
Objective To study the relationship between mental health status and coping style of reeducation-through-staff in a small number of teaching places in Chengdu. Methods A total of 300 reeducation-through-labor staff were surveyed by questionnaire, general coping style scale and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis. (P <0.01). Somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety of reeducation-through-labor staffs were significantly different (P <0.01) (R> 0.3), negative coping style and obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility , And paranoid factors (r> 0.3). The age of reeducation-aged staff was positively correlated with the total score of depression, anxiety, terrorist and SCL-90 (r> 0.3). Conclusion The mental health status of reeducation-through-labor staff has some problems. Different coping styles will affect the mental health of reeducation-through-labor staff. The age and educational level of reeducation-through-labor personnel are important factors that affect the mental health status of reeducation-through-labor staff.
