采用微区培养试验和田间小区试验 ,研究了空心莲子草、臭牡丹、蒿、籽粒苋 4种野生植物汁液及汁液与复合微生物、复合微量元素对小麦幼苗生长及产量的影响。结果表明 ,多种汁液混合 ,并添加复合微生物的效果最佳 ,能显著提高小麦的出苗率 ,植株干重和根冠比 ,增加根系活力。小区试验表明 ,多种汁液复合 ,同时加入微量元素和烯效唑获得的汁液生物肥效果最明显 ,其产量比对照增加 16 5 1% ,同时可以改善小麦的产量构成因子
Micropropagation experiment and field plot experiment were conducted to study the effects of four kinds of wild plant extracts, including Alternanthera philoxeroides, Stinky peony, Artemisia sphaerocephala and Amaranthus retroflexus, juices, complex microorganisms and trace elements on the growth and yield of wheat seedlings. The results showed that mixing a variety of juice and adding compound microorganism had the best effect, which could significantly improve the emergence rate, dry weight and root / shoot ratio of wheat and increase root activity. Community trials showed that the juice biofertilizer with the combination of a variety of juices and the addition of trace elements and uniconazole at the same time had the most obvious effect. The yield of the juice was increased by 16 5 1% compared with the control, and the yield components of wheat could be improved
