目前国内分析试验室常用紫外、可见光吸收式仪器大多属于单光束分光光度计。这类仪器的光源和检测器系统必须高度稳定;单色光波长要准确;有较高测量灵敏度。随着仪器型号的更新,上述性能不断提高。由于仪器久经使用及易损零件的调换等原因,往往使仪器整机性能下降,严重的不能使用。本文总结了使用、维修这类仪器的经验,结合有关资料,提出具体措施以保持和改善这类仪器的整机性能,供分析同行参考。
At present, domestic analytical laboratories commonly used UV, visible light absorption instruments are mostly single-beam spectrophotometer. The light source and detector system for such instruments must be highly stable; the monochromatic light wavelength must be accurate; and the higher the measurement sensitivity. With the instrument model updates, the above performance continues to increase. Due to the long-time use of the instrument and the replacement of wearing parts, etc., the performance of the whole instrument often tends to deteriorate and can not be used seriously. This article summarizes the experience of using and repairing this kind of instrument, and puts forward some concrete measures to maintain and improve the overall performance of this kind of instrument, with reference to the analysis counterparts.
