目的研究木犀科木犀属植物日香桂干燥花的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法分离纯化单体化合物并鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定出的14个化合物为女贞苷(Ⅰ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅱa)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅱb)、坡模酸(Ⅲ)、urs-12-ene-2α、3β、28-triol(Ⅳ)、胆甾醇(Ⅴ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)、豆甾醇(Ⅶa)、α-菠甾醇(Ⅶb)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、D-glucopyranose6-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyl-phenyl-)prop-2-enoate](Ⅸ)、linocinnamarin(Ⅹ)、(2S)-1-O-(9Z,12Z-octadecadien-oyl)-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol(Ⅺ)和(2S)-1-O-linoleoyl-2-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol(Ⅻ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到;化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶa、Ⅶb和Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the Osmanthus fragrans Osmanthus fragrans dry flowers. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were identified. RESULTS: The 14 compounds isolated and identified were rosuvastatin (Ⅰ), α-amygdalin (Ⅱa), β-amyrin (Ⅱb), ramification acid Ⅲ, urs-12-ene-2α, 3β, 28-triol (Ⅳ), Cholesterol (Ⅴ), β-Dau glucopyranose (Ⅵ), stigmasterol (Ⅶa), α-spinosterol (Ⅶb) (2E) -3- (4-hydroxyl-phenyl-) prop-2-enoate (IX), linocinnamarin (X), (2S) -1-0- (9Z, 12Z- octadecadien-oyl) -β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol (Ⅺ) and (2S) -1-O-linoleoyl-2-O-linolenoyl-3-O-β-galactopyranosyl-glycerol (Ⅻ) Conclusions All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶa, Ⅶb and Ⅷ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
