胶带式无级变速器的轴向压力是分析胶带式无级变速器变速机理的关键参数之一。文中阐述了胶带式无级变速器的工作原理和3种不同的调速感应机构。尤其对胶带式无级变速器的轴向压力的研究现状和成果进行了详细的介绍,分别综述了轴向压力与皮带工作半径的关系、影响轴向压力的内部结构参数和外部因素及主、从动轮皮带摩擦力的方向和皮带在带轮进出位置的变形摩擦力模型的研究现状。最后介绍了研究胶带式无级变速器轴向压力的整体思路和尚待解决的问题。
The axial pressure of the belt type continuously variable transmission is one of the key parameters for analyzing the transmission mechanism of the belt type CVT. The article describes the working principle of the belt type continuously variable transmission and three different speed sensing mechanism. In particular, the research status and achievements of the axial pressure of the belt type continuously variable transmission are introduced in detail. Finally, the whole idea of researching the axial pressure of the belt type continuously variable transmission and the problems to be solved are introduced.
