目前使用的磁粉主要是黑磁粉和红磁粉,适用于检查具有金属光泽的铁磁性工件。对于烧黑、烤蓝或经过热加工的黑皮件和工件内孔、壁等,则将降低灵敏度而影响探伤效果。萤光磁粉在紫外线照射下发出明亮的黄绿色萤光,使缺陷显示清晰,易于分辨,具有显著的优点。萤光磁粉的试制萤光磁粉有物理粘结和化学粘结二种方法。我们采用将有机萤光物质在化学反应中与磁粉粘结在一起的化学粘结法。制成的磁粉不易剥离,粒度、磁性较好,比重小,易悬浮移动,因而探伤的灵敏度较高。
The currently used magnetic powder is mainly black magnetic powder and red magnetic powder, suitable for inspecting ferromagnetic workpieces with metallic luster.
