本文在离体试验条件下比较了三种不同致癌活性的苯胺衍生物(MOCA、MDA和Dapsone)对大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的脂质过氧化作用和对膜脂流动性的影响。结果有致癌作用的MOCA和MDA均可诱发淋巴细胞膜的脂质过氧化作用并降低膜脂流动性,且MOCA的作用强于MDA,这与两种化学物本身的致癌活性相一致。用没有致癌作用的Dapsone处理大鼠脾淋巴细胞后,脂质过氧化作用及膜脂流动性均未发生改变。本试验结果表明,化学物对大鼠脾淋巴细胞膜某些生化、物理特性的改变可能与其致癌活性有关。
In this study, the effects of three different oncogenic aniline derivatives (MOCA, MDA and Dapsone) on lipid peroxidation and membrane lipid fluidity in rat splenic lymphocytes were compared under in vitro conditions. As a result, MOCA and MDA with carcinogenic effects induced lipid peroxidation of lymphocyte membrane and decreased membrane fluidity, and the action of MOCA was stronger than that of MDA, which was consistent with the carcinogenic activity of the two chemicals themselves. After treated with Dapsone without carcinogenicity, the changes of lipid peroxidation and membrane fluidity did not change. The results of this experiment show that chemical changes of some biochemical and physical properties of rat spleen lymphocytes may be related to their carcinogenic activity.
