目的 观察低能量氦—氖激光血管内照射治疗重度哮喘的临床效果。方法 采用低能量氦—氖激光血管内照射治疗重度哮喘 12例 ,每日照射 1次 ,每次 70min ,5次为 1个疗程。结果 10例治疗 1个疗程 ,2例 2个疗程 ,并随访 1年。近期均达到临床控制 ,远期显效 5例 ,有效 7例 ,无 1例治愈及无效。治疗后肺功能均恢复正常 ,红血球压积由 45 6± 3 1,降为 41 3± 3 4,血CIC阳性的 6例中 3例转阴 ,2例为弱阳性 ,1例仍为阳性。结论 氦—氖激光是治疗哮喘的一种有效方法 ,疗程以 10次为宜治疗后CIC明显下降 ,这也证明了激光能清除大分子物质对组织的破坏 ;治疗后红血球压积明显下降 ,是由于缺氧得到纠正及循环改善的结果。作者认为氦—氖激光是治疗哮喘的一种有效方法 ,疗程以 10次为宜。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on severe asthma. Methods 12 cases of severe asthma were treated with low-energy helium-neon laser intravascular irradiation once a day for 70 minutes and 5 times for one course of treatment. Results 10 cases of treatment of a course of treatment, 2 cases of 2 courses and followed up for 1 year. Conclusion He-Ne laser is an effective method for the treatment of asthma. CIC decreased obviously after 10 times of treatment. This also proves that the laser can destroy macromolecules and destroy the tissue. The hematocrit decreased obviously after treatment As a result of hypoxia corrected and improved circulation. The authors believe that helium - neon laser is an effective method of treatment of asthma, treatment is preferred 10 times.
