铲斗刀板型钢闪光焊接后,焊缝处超声波探伤出现报警,通过对刀板型钢焊缝处的金相组织、力学性能、化学成分和断口形貌进行理化性能检验,认为报警原因为焊缝过热区存在微裂纹。裂纹缺陷的产生是由于刀板型钢在闪光焊接末期的顶锻和推凸过程中,焊接接头温度较低,焊缝表面金属带状组织承受较大剪切应力,产生微裂纹。预防该缺陷的方法是减小母材化学成分偏析和提高推凸时焊接接头温度。
After the bucket blade steel flash welding, there was an alarm on the ultrasonic flaw detection on the weld. The physical and chemical properties of the weld of the blade steel were tested through physicochemical properties, chemical composition and fracture morphology. There are microcracks in the hot zone. Crack defects are due to blade plate steel during flash welding end upsetting and pushing process, the welding joint temperature is low, the weld surface of the metal strip structure to withstand greater shear stress, resulting in micro-cracks. The way to prevent this defect is to reduce segregation of the base metal chemical composition and to increase the temperature of the welded joints when the protrusions are pushed.
