随着素质教育理念的不断深化,教师对初中数学的教学模式也不断进行着探索。现阶段,由于学生的心理、生理和成长环境等因素存在着显著差异,使得学生对数学学科的兴趣和接受程度迥然不同,具体表现在一些学生对数学学习存在浓厚的兴趣和好奇心,而一些学生对数学却缺少积极性甚至有厌恶情绪。为了能够使全体学生在数学学科上得到最大程度的发展,教师在初中数学的教学过程中要做到分层教学,因材施教。本文则分析了初中数学分层教学的必要性、分层教学的原则以及分层教学的具体方法,希望能够给初中数学教师带来思考和启发,共同提高初中数学的教学质量。
