最近一段日子,与内地攻读文学博士学位及硕士学位的朋友论学,曾说及治学门径及词学真传问题。我以为:二十世纪后半叶,进入蜕变期的中国词学,基本上处在误区当中,混沌未凿;大量著述,究竟在门内或者在门外?有用或者无用?似乎都须要冷静地进行一番检讨。月前接到日本宋词研究会(词源研究会)朋友寄赠新刊著作《宋代の词论》,更加认定自己的这一观感。这是张炎《词源》日文版的一种注译读本,旨在探寻填词之‘源’。彼邦新著,值得庆幸,亦多感触。因撰为此文,以与好此道者共探研。
