通过BOF→RH→LF→CSP→一次冷轧→罩式退火→二次冷轧流程,成功开发了半工艺冷轧无取向电工钢50WB560并实现了批量化生产。结果表明:研制的50WB560磁性性能铁损P1.5/50为3.2 W/kg;磁感B50为1.72 T;产品板形和表面质量良好,能够满足下游电机和电器行业制作高效电机的要求。
The semi-finished cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel 50WB560 has been successfully developed and mass-produced by BOF → RH → LF → CSP → primary cold-rolling → cap annealing → secondary cold rolling. The results show that the developed 50WB560 magnetic iron loss P1.5 / 50 is 3.2 W / kg; the magnetic induction B50 is 1.72 T; the product shape and surface quality are good, which can meet the requirements of downstream motor and electrical industry to produce high efficiency motor.
