在输送凝点较高的油品时,由于环境温度较低,在管壁附近就会出现结蜡层。结蜡层的出现会降低管道的输量、使其摩阻损失增大,输送成本增加。结蜡厚度是评价管道内部结蜡情况的一个重要参数,本文将给出相关的计算模型,可以准确快捷的计算出油品输送过程中的结蜡厚度,为管线的安全运营提供了有力依据。
In the delivery of high freezing point of oil, due to the lower ambient temperature, in the vicinity of the wall will appear waxy layer. The appearance of wax layer will reduce the pipeline output, friction loss increases, transportation costs increase. Wax thickness is an important parameter to evaluate the waxing inside the pipeline. In this paper, related calculation models will be given, which can accurately and quickly calculate the wax thickness during oil transportation and provide a strong basis for the safe operation of the pipeline.
