1995年10月～1996年10月，我们采用国产免疫球蛋白（IVIg）结合利巴韦林（病毒唑）、双黄连治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎，在对比观察中发现疗效较好。1对象和方法1．1对象我院共收治确诊的重症病毒性脑炎27例，男16例，女11例；年龄1～13岁，其中1～3岁2例，4～7岁19例，8～13岁6例
October 1995 ~ October 1996, we used domestic immunoglobulin (IVIg) combined with ribavirin (ribavirin), Shuanghuanglian treatment of infantile severe viral encephalitis, found in the comparative observation of better efficacy. 1 objects and methods 1.1 objects admitted to our hospital were diagnosed with severe viral encephalitis in 27 cases, 16 males and 11 females; aged 1 to 13 years, of which 1 to 3 years in 2 cases, 4 to 7 years old in 19 cases , 8 to 13 years old in 6 cases
