以中药活性成分为先导化合物,进行系统结构修饰和生物活性筛选,是中药化学研究的一项重要内容,也是药物化学研究的一项重要内容。目前,国内外对于原小檗型生物碱此方面研究非常活跃。为建立提供生物活性筛选的原小檗碱化合物库,以生物活性单体生物碱巴马亭为原料,通过热降解反应和亲核取代反应,合成了14个化合物,经~1H-NMR,MS谱鉴定确证结构,其中13个9-O-烃基取代巴马亭衍生物为新化合物。
