为了解育龄妇女 (年龄 15～ 44周岁 )的主要死亡原因 ,降低育龄期妇女死亡并提出干预措施 ,根据ICD 9的死因疾病分类 ,采用EPIINFO软件进行统计分析。结果 :全国 2 8个省75个监测点 15～ 44岁育龄妇女主要死因为损伤和中毒、肿瘤、循环系统疾病、妊娠分娩和产褥期疾病 (即孕产妇死亡 ) ,共占全部死亡的 73 80 %。损伤中毒致死的主要原因为自杀、交通事故、意外中毒 ;肿瘤致死的主要疾病为白血病、肝癌、胃癌 ;循环系统致死的主要疾病为冠心病、脑血管病、风心病 ;孕产妇死亡主要为产科出血、妊高征和妊娠合并心脏病。结论 :育龄妇女死亡的主要原因与社会、经济、卫生、个人等多种因素有关 ,必须重视这些因素 ,采取相应措施 ,才能有效地降低育龄妇女的死亡 To understand the main cause of death among women of childbearing age (aged 15-44 years), reduce the deaths of women of childbearing age and propose interventions. EPIINFO software was used for statistical analysis according to ICD 9’s cause of death disease classification. Results: The main causes of death among women of childbearing age from 15 to 44 in 75 monitoring stations in 28 provinces in China were injury and poisoning, cancer, circulatory diseases, pregnancy and childbirth, and puerperium (maternal mortality), accounting for 73 80% . The main causes of death caused by poisoning are suicide, traffic accident and accidental poisoning. The main diseases causing tumor death are leukemia, liver cancer and gastric cancer. The main diseases causing death of the circulatory system are coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and rheumatoid heart disease. The maternal deaths are mainly obstetrics Bleeding, pregnancy-induced hypertension and pregnancy complicated by heart disease. Conclusion: The main causes of death among women of childbearing age are related to many factors, such as social, economic, public health and personal factors. These factors must be emphasized and appropriate measures can be taken to effectively reduce the death of women of childbearing age
