维生素D(vitamin D,VD)的经典生物学作用是调节钙磷平衡,维持骨骼健康~([1])。近年的研究发现,VD3具有抗炎、抗氧化等生物学作用。有文献指出,VD3补充对四氯化碳诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的改善作用~([2])。但其对药物性肝损伤是否具有保护作用,尚未见报道。本研究以异烟肼联用利福平建立小鼠肝损伤模型,探讨不同剂量VD3补充对肝损伤是否具有保护作用。
The classic biological role of vitamin D (VD) is to regulate calcium and phosphorus balance and maintain bone health (1). Recent studies have found that VD3 has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and other biological effects. It has been reported in the literature that VD3 supplementation has a significant effect on the CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice ~ ([2]). However, whether it has a protective effect on drug-induced liver injury has not been reported yet. In this study, isoniazid combined with rifampicin model of liver injury in mice to explore whether different doses of VD3 supplementation on liver injury has protective effect.
