提出了一种适合于陶瓷刀片加工的新的插补算法 ,介绍了基于此算法的陶瓷刀片周边磨削数控系统。利用该系统的五个刀片加工指令 ,即可完成所有标准刀片和大部分非标准刀片的加工编程。
A new interpolation algorithm suitable for the machining of ceramic inserts was proposed. The numerical control system of the peripheral grinding of ceramic inserts based on this algorithm was introduced. With all five blade machining commands of the system, all standard blades and most non-standard blades can be programmed.
