患者男，１４岁。因右眼戴OK镜引起畏光、流泪２d加重并视力明显下降１d，于２０００－１０－２３转诊入院。曾在外院拟诊为“右眼真菌性角膜炎”，给抗真菌及抗炎治疗无效并加重。全身体检未见异常。眼部检查：视力右眼指数／２０cm，加镜片不提高；左眼０．１５加－３．５０D
Patient male, 14 years old. Wearing photophobia due to the right eye wearing photophobia, tearing 2d increased significantly decreased visual acuity and 1d, referred to the hospital in 2000-10-23. Have been diagnosed in the outer hospital as “right eye fungal keratitis,” anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory treatment ineffective and worse. No abnormal physical examination. Eye examination: visual acuity index / 20cm, plus the lens does not increase; the left eye 0.15 plus -3.50D
