新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）是围产期新生儿常见病、是新生地致死及留下后遗症的重要原因。HIE的治疗目前尚限于支持疗法和对症处理。我院自1993年2月～1995年10月使用尼莫地平、脑活素联合治疗日IL6问并随机取同期3s例作对照，发现观察组疗效满意现报道如下。l临床资料与治疗
