峰谷分时电价是电力需求侧管理的一项重要措施。现阶段分时电价实施时,大都采用一种峰谷价差,这样对工业性或商业性较明显的地区不能真正起到削峰填谷的作用。结合某电网公司的实施现状,着重分析了不同分时电价对电网公司利益的影响和不同电力用户的需求响应。首先利用模糊隶属函数对负荷的峰谷时段进行精确划分,然后利用算例,就峰谷时段和峰谷电价差为自变量,对电网公司的利益做敏感性分析。在用户分时需求响应分析中,又将用户分为三大类,对其用电特性和需求弹性进行了分析比较。
TOU price is an important measure of DSM. At this stage of time-sharing electricity price implementation, most of the use of a peak-valley spread, so that more obvious industrial or commercial areas can not really play the role of peak load. Combined with the implementation status of a power grid company, the paper mainly analyzes the impact of different timeshare electricity prices on the interests of power grid companies and the demand response of different power users. Firstly, the fuzzy membership function is used to divide the peak-to-peak load-time period accurately. Then, using the example, the sensitivity analysis of the benefit of the grid company is made based on the peak-valley period and the peak-valley price difference as independent variables. In the user time-sharing demand response analysis, the user is divided into three categories, and their power consumption characteristics and demand elasticity are analyzed and compared.
