结论 在脑卒中偏瘫患者临床护理中应用早期系统化康复护理效果确切,有助于患者肢体功能及不良情绪改善,提高生活质量,值得推广应用.“,”Objective To explore the effect of early systematic rehabilitation nursing on the limb function and bad mood of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Ninety patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group (routine care) and an observation group (early systemic rehabilitation care) using the double-blind envelope method. For 45 cases in each case, the limb function, bad mood and quality of life of the patients before and after nursing intervention were compared. Results Compared with those before nursing intervention, the Fugl-Meyer scores of upper limbs and lower limbs of the two groups of patients were significantly increased, and the Fugl-Meyer scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); before nursing intervention, the two groups of patients\'\' self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores were significantly reduced, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with before the nursing intervention, the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of early systematic rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia has a definite effect, which can help patients improve their limb function and bad mood, and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of promotion and application.
