面对日益严峻的就业形势,高职毕业生的就业状况不容乐观,其庞大的毕业生群体的就业问题引起了社会各界的极大关注。人才培养质量是就业之本,就业能直接反映出人才培养质量的水平,因此毕业生的就业现状受到了高职院校的普遍关注。本研究采用调查问卷法对湖南工程职业技术学院的高职毕业生进行了抽样调查,从就业状态、专业对口等九个问题入手分析和研究了抽样结果,并进一步从构建专业体系、加强能力培养,加大创新创业教育三个方面提出了提高高职院校人才培养质量的可行性途径,为高职院校基于就业问题进行人才培养的研究提供了参考价值,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the face of the increasingly severe employment situation, the employment status of higher vocational graduates is not optimistic. The employment problem of its large graduates has aroused great concern from all walks of life. The quality of personnel training is the basis of employment. Employment can directly reflect the quality of personnel training. Therefore, the employment status of graduates has been widely concerned by higher vocational colleges. In this study, a sample survey of higher vocational graduates from Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College was conducted by questionnaire method. The results of sampling were analyzed and studied from nine issues such as employment status and professional counterparts. Further more, , Increasing innovation and entrepreneurship education, put forward a feasible way to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, which provides reference value for higher vocational colleges based on the employment of personnel training research, and has some reference value.
