目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中8种卤代烃的方法。方法:用活性炭吸附管采集空气中的卤代烃,用CS2解吸,经FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,以氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果:方法可同时分离测定空气中的8种卤代烃,回归方程相关系数均可达0.99以上,检测限为0.12μg/ml~46μg/ml,加标回收率在86%~104%之间。结论:所建立的方法灵敏度高、精密度好、准确,可同时测定工作场所空气中的多种卤代烃。
Objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatography simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of the workplace. Methods: Halogenated hydrocarbons in air were collected by activated charcoal adsorption tube, desorbed by CS2, separated by FFAP capillary gas chromatography and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). Results: The method could be used for the simultaneous determination of eight halohydrocarbons in the air. The correlation coefficients of the regression equations were all above 0.99 with the detection limits of 0.12μg / ml ~ 46μg / ml and the recovery rates of 86% ~ 104% . Conclusion: The established method has high sensitivity, good precision and accuracy, and can simultaneously determine a variety of halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of the workplace.
