基于ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件,建立大口径宽幅薄壁环形件径轴向热辗扩热力耦合有限元模型。在不同驱动辊半径、芯辊半径和锥辊锥角下进行有限元模拟,得到不同轧辊尺寸下成形环件应变场的分布规律。结果表明,在模拟轧辊尺寸范围内,随着驱动辊半径增大,应变场分布均匀性减小;随芯辊半径和锥辊锥角的增大,应变场分布均匀性增大。驱动辊尺寸对环件应变场的影响最大,锥辊锥角影响次之,芯辊尺寸影响最小。研究结果为实际生产中轧辊尺寸的选取和优化提供了有效的理论指导。
Based on the ABAQUS / EXPLICIT finite element software, a coupled finite element model of large diameter thin-walled ring radial thermal expansion and rolling heat transfer was established. Finite element simulation was carried out under different driving roll radius, core roll radius and cone roll taper angle to get the distribution law of strain field of the forming ring under different roll sizes. The results show that the uniformity of the strain field decreases with the increase of the driving roller radius in the range of simulated roll size. The uniformity of the strain field increases with the increase of the core roll radius and cone roll angle. The size of the driving roller has the most influence on the strain field of the ring, the cone angle affects the second, and the size of the roller influences the least. The results provide an effective theoretical guide for the selection and optimization of roll size in actual production.
