以2年生桔梗为材料,研究开花后植株体内可溶性糖和淀粉的分配特性。结果表明,在桔梗开花和果实发育过程中,根部淀粉、可溶性糖含量逐渐下降,开花后25d降至最低。花枝和去花枝中可溶性糖含量开花后15d降至最低而后逐渐上升;淀粉含量变化趋势明显不同,花枝淀粉含量呈现先上升后下降的单峰曲线,去花枝淀粉开花后呈上升趋势。去花枝叶片中可溶性糖含量高于花枝。与前1d17:00时相比,经过一夜的消耗,早晨8:00时花枝叶片可溶性糖含量没有显著差别,而去花枝叶片则明显降低,叶片中淀粉含量与可溶性糖含量变化趋势相反。桔梗开花后25d内,根部淀粉分解为可溶性糖运至茎部暂时储存后,供给叶片、花和果实发育;25d后,根部淀粉和可溶性糖含量开始升高,植株地上部分制造的有机物向根部供应促进根部发育。
The 2-year-old Campanulaceae was used as material to study the distribution characteristics of soluble sugar and starch in flowering plants.
