This paper proposes a new Kalman filter for maneuvering input estimation.The filter uses wavelet filtering to estimate the additional displacement caused by maneuver from the new information to modify the state estimation of Kalman filter.The simulation results show that this method is more efficient than usual Maneuver Input Estimation Kalman Filter (IE) has better target tracking performance and is easier to calculate
