作者对掺氢汽油发动机进行了试验研究和理论分析,并与原汽油发动机进行了台架和装车对比试验。结果表明,在汽油机中添加少量氢后,由于氢起到助燃剂的作用,缩短了着火延迟期,火焰传播速度加快,使发动机燃烧完全,并可实现稀燃。在部分负荷下热效率提高率约为7%~15%,低负荷下提高更为明显;汽油油耗率下降率约为20%~25%,低负荷下下降更为显著。在中等负荷(60%左右负荷)范围下,加氢率在5%左右效果较好,低负荷下加氢率应较大,高负荷下加氢率应小。汽油机加氢后,能够改善燃烧,提高热效率和节省汽油,具有节能、省油和改善排放的效果。
The author carried out experimental research and theoretical analysis of hydrogen-doped gasoline engine, and compared with the original gasoline engine bench and loading comparison test. The results show that after a small amount of hydrogen is added into the gasoline engine, hydrogen plays a role as a combustion improver, which shortens the ignition delay period, increases the flame propagation speed, completely burns the engine, and achieves lean burn. Under partial load, the rate of thermal efficiency improvement is about 7% -15%, and the increase is more obvious under low load. The rate of decline of gasoline fuel consumption is about 20% -25%, which is more significant under low load. In the medium load (about 60% load) range, the hydrogenation rate of about 5% better, under low load hydrogenation rate should be larger, under high load hydrogenation rate should be small. Hydrogenation of a gasoline engine can improve combustion, increase thermal efficiency and save gasoline, with the advantages of energy saving, fuel economy and emission improvement.
