新疆彩南沙漠油田边远井区产出液进入高含水阶段,具有单井油气丰度低、单井产量低、区块小、分布散、地质情况复杂等特点。利用橇装化、模块化集输、处理模式进行设计,形成了一套针对沙漠油田边远井区高含水期的油气集输与处理优化工艺:采用多功能合一设备及橇装化设备,实现了模块化集输与处理模式;采用橇装化设计,满足边缘井区开发建设对施工时间的要求,与常规油、水处理设施相比,设计周期缩短30%,施工周期缩短20%。该优化工艺就地分水、就地污水处理、就地污水回注,实现零排放。对滴西12井区产出液处理工程进行成本分析,结果表明:投资改造后,可节约成本费用75×104元/年,经济效益明显。

Compared with conventional oil and water treatment facilities, the design cycle is shortened by 30% and the construction cycle is shortened by 20%. The optimization process in situ water diversion, on-site sewage treatment, local sewage injection, to achieve zero emissions. The cost analysis of the output liquid treatment project in Well Xixi 12 well shows that after the investment is reformed, the cost can be saved by 75 × 104 Yuan / year, and the economic benefit is obvious.
