患者，男，16岁，学生．主因：磨牙疼痛就诊，要求治疗检查┎6龋洞，已穿髓，探痛，无叩痛，右上切牙及侧切牙牙体融合，切端未融合。切牙及侧切牙切缘明显两牙髓腔及根管均融合，根管较大，牙无异常感觉。未作处理、┎6行牙髓处理后充填。将上切牙及侧切牙融合畸形少见，故做报道（图1）.
