本文围绕原煤准备系统溜槽的设计完善、煤流的力学性质、工艺优化等有关的方面进行入手,对原煤系统工艺设备进行深入分析,查找原煤系统堵溜槽和粘煤的原因,溜槽堵塞的主要形式为蓬拱现象、卡塞现象、粘附现象。采取行之有效的措施,降低了溜槽堵塞和粘煤现象的发生,提高了原煤台时处理量和职工劳动效率,有效地降低了原煤准备生产成本。
This paper focuses on the design and improvement of the chute for raw coal preparation system, the mechanical properties of coal flow and the process optimization. The paper analyzes in depth the process equipment of the raw coal system, finds out the reasons of block chute and sticky coal in the raw coal system, For Peng Peng phenomenon, jam phenomenon, adhesion phenomenon. Take effective measures to reduce the chute clogging and the phenomenon of sticking coal to improve the handling capacity of raw coal and workers labor efficiency, effectively reducing the cost of raw coal preparation for production.
