目的研究接触化学原料的从业人员血球分析值及血清生化值的变化,为职业防护提供依据。方法体检合格初上岗人员为对照组,工作1年、2年的从业人员为跟踪组。用日本Sysmex KX-21血球分析仪,意大利Li-asys全自动生化分析仪对上述人员进行血球分析值和血清生化值分析。结果工作1年、2年接触苯原料的从业人员WBC、PLT比对照组降低,LYM、NENT与对照比较差异显著,接触二甲基甲酰胺原料的从业人员ALT、AST、γ-GT、TBIL、IBIT值升高差异显著,接触甲醛原料的从业人员除呼吸系统损伤外,小型粒细胞(LYM)、中性粒细胞(NENT)与对照组比较差异显著,其它血球值及生化值未见显著差异。结论苯对人体粒细胞系统有影响,二甲基甲酰胺对肝脏影响较大,甲醛对染色体及DNA有影响。加强防护意识,增加室内通风,改善用工环境非常重要。
Objective To study the changes of blood cells and serum biochemical values in workers exposed to chemical raw materials to provide basis for occupational protection. Methods The initial check-up for medical examination was the control group, with 1-year working and 2-year working personnel as follow-up group. Blood cells and serum biochemical values were analyzed by Japan Sysmex KX-21 hematology analyzer and Italy Li-asys automatic biochemistry analyzer. Results The WBC and PLT of workers exposed to benzene raw materials for 1 year and 2 years decreased significantly compared with that of the control group. There was significant difference between LYM, NENT and control subjects. The workers exposed to dimethylformamide (ALT, AST, γ-GT, TBIL, In addition to the respiratory system injury, workers exposed to formaldehyde raw materials, the difference was significant between the LYM and the neutrophils (NENT) and the control group, other blood values and biochemical values were not significantly different . Conclusion Benzene has an impact on human granulocyte system, dimethylformamide has a great effect on the liver, and formaldehyde affects chromosomes and DNA. It is very important to strengthen the awareness of protection, increase indoor ventilation and improve the working environment.
