人类端部着丝粒染色体短臂和随体区在大小和染色性质方面显示有高度的异态性。当这个区域很大并被喹吖因染色有很强的荧光时,似乎就有点象Y染色体的长臂末端部分。因此提出这样一个问题:是否它就是来自Yq12的易位。本文作者利用特异性一Y染色体和衍生-Y染色体DNA探针作原位杂交和Southern印迹,分析了一个Y;15易位家系的特性。其染色体采用标准方法制备得到。GTG带按Seabright(1971)方法显带,QFQ
The short arm and satellite region of human telocentric chromosomes display a high degree of abnormality in size and staining properties. When this region is large and strongly fluorescent with quinacridone, it seems a bit like the long arm tip of the Y chromosome. Therefore, a question is raised as to whether it is the translocation from Yq12. The authors analyzed the characteristics of a Y15 translocation line using both in situ hybridization and Southern blotting using specific Y chromosome and derivative-Y chromosomal DNA probes.
