在钻模板的镗孔加工中,我们对刀具作了一些改进,并更新了传统的镗孔工艺流程.七年来,采用改进后的立铣刀精镗各类钻模孔数十万个,均获成功,成倍地提高了工作效率和产品质量,现将经验介绍如下.1.方法.(1)将相应的立铣刀外圆刃由外圆磨床磨至需钻孔径的公称尺寸,正端面刃处留3~5mm作修光刃用,此后磨0.08倒锥.由工具磨床将外圆刃磨出后角.用细油石修磨各刃口,人为地消除刀具的初磨损阶段,尽量延长刀具的正常磨损阶段,增加刀具的使用寿命,实践证明,其外圆刃的磨损甚微.外圆刃的磨倒锥的目的是不使修光刃之后的外圆刃口碰擦已加工过的内孔表
