随着高电压、远距离输电线路网的迅速增加,杆塔所需的予应力电杆数量越来越大,所以对大弯矩的分段杆在制造中的理论与实践中的几个主要问题,急需认真地讨论研究,并有效的解决。本文从有关电杆抗弯矩的理论计算和试验结果对比中发现的问题,提出实用的计算公式的修正系数,最大配筋率的控制,予应力钢筋的锚固,离心混凝土强度的测定等四个方面进行了研究讨论。
With the rapid increase of high-voltage and long-distance transmission line networks, the number of prestressed electric poles required by the towers is increasing. Therefore, several major problems in the theory and practice of the production of large bending moment segmented bars Urgently need to seriously discuss the study and solve it effectively. In this paper, from the theoretical calculation of the resistance moment of the electric pole and the comparison of the experimental results, we propose four correction factors for the practical calculation formula, the control of the maximum reinforcement ratio, the anchorage of the prestressed reinforcement, and the determination of the strength of the centrifugal concrete. Aspects were studied and discussed.
