家族企业作为一种古老的企业组织形式正面临着代际传承的严峻挑战。企业代际传承是指一系列要素在代际间的传递或转移。企业家默会知识和关系网络是需要传承的重要要素。目前这些要素的体系还不够明确,不同要素间的相对重要性也尚未厘清,各要素在代际间传递或转移的过程机理更是没有得到深入研究。这些问题已经成为家族企业代际传承理论研究提升过程中的瓶颈性问题。分析家族企业代际传承的传统观念,并指出由默会知识、关系网络组成的“家族性”特异资源的成功传递是家族企业发展壮大的重要因素。
As an ancient enterprise organization, family-owned enterprises are confronted with the severe challenge of intergenerational inheritance. Enterprise intergenerational inheritance refers to a series of elements in the intergenerational transfer or transfer. Entrepreneurial tacit knowledge and network of relationships are important elements that need to be passed on. At present, the system of these elements is still not clear enough and the relative importance of different elements has not yet been clarified. The process mechanism of the transfer or transfer of each factor between generations has not been further studied. These problems have become the bottleneck problem in the research of family inheritance theory in family business. This paper analyzes the traditional concept of intergenerational inheritance of family businesses and points out that the successful transfer of “familial ” resources composed of tacit knowledge and network of relationships is an important factor in the growth and development of family businesses.
