以钛酸正丁酯(TEOT)为前驱体,采用蒸汽转移水解法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,并通过扫描电镜、比表面、热重-差热分析方法对其结构性能进行了表征.检测结果表明:TiO2纳米粉体平均粒径为24 ̄29nm,具有较大的比表面.考察不同条件制得的TiO2对丙酮的光催化降解反应,确定了催化剂的最佳制备条件为V(Ti(OC4H9)4)∶V(H2O)∶V(CH3CH2OH)∶V(CH3COOH)=1∶3.5∶3.5∶2,250℃恒温反应2.5h,400℃焙烧2h,在此条件下制备的TiO2对丙酮的光催化降解率可达79.52%.图4,参5.
Nano-TiO2 powders were prepared by steam transfer hydrolysis using n-butyl titanate (TEOT) as precursor, and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, specific surface area, TG-DTA analysis. The results showed that the average particle size of TiO2nanopowder was 24 ~ 29nm, with a large specific surface area.The photocatalytic degradation of acetone with different conditions was investigated, and the optimum preparation conditions of the catalyst were determined as V (Ti (OC4H9 ) At room temperature for 2.5h at 400 ℃ for 2h.
