心尖肥厚型心肌病是肥厚型心肌病的一个特殊类型,近年报道逐渐增多。我院自1986年以来收治2例,现结合文献予以报道。例1,女,45岁。诉劳累后气促、胸闷、头晕7年,近日来出现心前区阵发性闷痛,与劳动无明显关系,每次持续5min 左右。无高血压及糖尿病等病史。无烟酒嗜好。其父死于高血压病。体检:血压脉博正常,心界不大,节律整齐,心尖可闻及第四心音,无病理杂音,双肺(-),腹软,肝脾 Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a special type of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, reported in recent years gradually increased.
